Parent–Teacher Interviews – August 2026
At Chapel Hill State School, in accordance with Education Queensland policy, formal reporting to parents on their child’s learning occurs four times per year:
Two formally scheduled parent–teacher conferences
Two end-of-semester written reports, with the option for parent/teacher interviews
Our upcoming round of parent–teacher interviews provides an important opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate achievements, and identify next steps for learning.
Interview Dates
Thursday 13 August 2026 - Wednesday 19 August 2026
Booking Information
CHSS uses the online booking system SOBS to manage interview appointments.

⏳ Bookings Close:
10 August 2026 at 5:00pm
(The final booking must be made by this time.)
