Helping Parents Prepare for the Transition to Upper Years
Chapel Hill State School is pleased to invite parents of current Year 2 students to a Parent Information Session about the Walker Learning approach in Years 3-6.
This session is designed to help families understand how Walker Learning evolves in the upper years, building on the foundation established in the early years.
The Walker Learning approach has been a cornerstone of teaching at Chapel Hill State School for several years, offering a personalised and student-centred pedagogy that fosters engagement, creativity, and critical thinking. This session will provide insights into how the approach is tailored to meet the developmental needs of students in Years 3-6, highlighting the differences from the early years program.
